Payment data is processed by Stripe. Vellon stores billing events and Star balance movements, but not full payment card details.

We use this information to provide and secure the Service, generate and publish websites, deliver enquiries, calculate Stars, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

Website instructions, confirmed business facts, and existing website code may be sent to the configured AI provider only to perform the requested work.

Durable Operator workflows store checkpoints, quality reports, drafts, approvals, and audit events so work can resume without keeping a browser request open.

When supported background processing is used, the AI provider may temporarily retain response data long enough to complete and retrieve the asynchronous result, even when long-term provider storage is disabled.

Information is shared only with service providers needed for authentication, hosting, database storage, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, and payments, or when required by law.

Account and website data is retained while the account or related website remains active and for a reasonable period needed for security, recovery, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

Vellon uses owner-scoped access checks, server-owned operational tables, isolated previews, sanitized publishing, and recoverable revisions to reduce unauthorized access and unsafe output.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
